There is a big lack of activities for children in the Khao Lak area and even on Phuket Island they are not wide spread. Art projects are very good for reduce trauma and build up self-respect and self-confidence. It also encourages interactions in groups.
The Art-Mobile-Team will consist of 1 Thai and 1 Foreigner qualified art-teacher. They should be able to hold workshops and art-lessons for children, teenagers and adults.
Art will help people to free their feelings and transpose them into paintings. Art-projects are a very good way for people, especially children whose trauma led to a kind of autism. Art can be a communicational medium for them until they find back to their former skills.
They will tour to camps, schools and villages within a planned schedule. A daily report will be written.

What do they need? (1 Mobile Team)
1. different kinds of paintbrushes and painting sets, chalks, oil-pastels, acrylic colours
2. paper and other material for painting
3. scissors, handicraft materials and tools, sewing-materials and tools.
4. microphones wireless + stands, amplifier + loudspeakers and mixing console, cd/vcd (for karaoke and picture demonstration) player, Television-Set >> 20.000 Baht --- …
Personnel – per Mobile-Team:
1. 1 Thai Employee (10.000 – 15.000 Baht /month)
2. 1 Foreign Employee (30.000 – 40.000 Baht /month)
